NDGlE, CLERK <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4—a O <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND LAYNE <br />NORTHERN COMPANY, INCORPORATED FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF ONE DEEP GRAVEL PACKED WELL <br />TO BE LOCATED AT THE NORTH STATION FOR THE <br />SUM OF $23, 630. 00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend City Water <br />Works and Layne Northern Company, Incorporated, 401 South Delorenzi, Mishawaka, <br />Indiana, for the construction of one deep gravel packed well to be located at the <br />north station, for the sum of $23, 630. 00 is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
