City of South Bend, Indiana, that the foregoing contract and <br />agreement, made and entered into the 23rd day of December, 1957, <br />by the City of South Bend, Indiana acting by and through its <br />Board of Public Works and Safety, and Northern Indiana Transit, <br />Inc., be and the same is hereby in all things approved, ratified <br />and confirmed, and said Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., its suc- <br />cessors and assigns, is hereby granted the right, privilege and <br />authority as in said contract and agreement set forth, and in <br />accordance with the terms, provisions and contents thereof. <br />Section 2.
