ORDINANCE NO. 4209 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH <br />BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND TEETERS SALES & SERVICE <br />COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE SLUDGE TRUCK, GMC MODEL <br />552 FOR THE SUM OF $5,623.08. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend Sewage <br />Treatment Plant and Teeters Sales & Service Company for the purchase of one <br />Sludge Truck, GMC Model 552, for the sum of $5,623.08 is hereby approved <br />and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
