ORDINANCE NO. qc YS-- —f <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND AND <br />O. J. SHOEMAKER, INC., FOR THE EXTENSION OF <br />WATER SERVICES AND THE RE- LOCATION OF CURB <br />BOXES ON WESTERN AVENUE FROM MAPLE STREET <br />TO TAYLOR STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 29th day of June, -' <br />1959, between the City Water Works of South Bend and 0. J. Shoemaker, <br />Inc., for the extension of water services and the re- location of curb <br />boxes on Western Avenue, from Maple Street to Taylor Street, in the <br />city of South Bend for the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Forty ($4, 840. 00) Dollars is hereby approved and confirmed, as <br />provided for in Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly <br />for the year 1905, and amended under Chapter 16 of the Acts of the <br />Indiana General Assembly for the year 1923. <br />SECTION II.
