No3.E. ca. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 4 That the contract entered into on the 15th day of June, 1959 <br />between the City Water Works of South Bend and Freeman - Spicer Co.
