HICKEY, INC:s FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT <br />FLOORS AND PILLARS AT OLIVER PARK PUMPING <br />STATION <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BENDp INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 15th day of June, 1959 be- <br />tween the City Water Works of South Bend and. Thomas L.
