AM <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME O $ i;T <br />STREET I HE CITY OF SOUTH BEND HIGAN <br />STRE I AIN STREET TO BARBIE STREET <br />WHEREAS, it is desirous to have uniformity in the names of streets <br />in the City of South Bend, and <br />WHEREAS, a street has already been named,Albert in the City <br />of South Bend and in order to clarify the locations of streets, it is neces- <br />sary to change the name of Albert Street from Michigan Street to Main Street <br />in the City of South Bend to Barbie Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the Civil City of South Bend: <br />SECTION 1. That the name of Albert Street from Michigan Street to Main <br />Street in the City of South Bend be and it is hereby changed to Barbie Street. <br />SECTION II.
