NOBLE, OIERN ORDINANCE NO. 7 a '�/` AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF HO &E STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FROM THE INTERSECTION OF ALTGELD STREET SOUTH TO THE END OF WILMORE HILLS SECTION A, TO SOUTH WOODMONT DRIVE WHEREAS, it is desirous to have uniformity in the names of streets in the City of South Bend, and WHEREAS, in order to have such uniformity in the names of streets, it is necessary to change the name of Hoke Street in the City of South Bend from the intersection of Altgeld Street south to the end of Wilmore Hills Section A to South Woodmont Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend: SECTION I. That the name of Hoke Street from the intersection of Altgeld Street to the end of Wilmore Hills, Section A in the City of South Bend be and is hereby changed to South Woodmont Drive. SECTION II, This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South i3end and its approval by the Mayor.
