ORDINANCE NO 1d *O'ur8 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND $79.82 TO OFFICE OF CITY JUDGE ACCOUNT NO. E - -725 OFFICE EQUIPMENT (Two floor fans) ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1958, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of mnney is hereby appropriated from the General Fund $79. 82 to Office of City Judge Account No. E -725 Office Equipment (for two floor fans at $39. 91 each), all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1958 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year 1958 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropri- ations. SECTION III.
