The Controller shall report at the end of each quarter to the Public Safety <br />Committee of the Common Council a summary of the following public information in connection <br />with adult business licenses: <br />(1) Number of license applications received. <br />(2) Disposition of such applications. <br />(3) Amount of license fees collected. <br />(4) Number of license suspensions. <br />(5) Summary of any administrative reviews. <br />(6) Amount of fines collected. <br />(Ord. In the event that any orovision(s) of this ordinance is found to be unconstitutional. <br />in contravention of federal state or local law, or is otherwise unenforceable, all other provisions of this <br />ordinance shall remain in full effect and are enforceable. <br />SECTION III.
