HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of Joseph <br />rezone One -Half of Lots 215 and <br />division, more commonly known as <br />from "B" Residential Use and "B" <br />trict to "C" Commercial Use and <br />District was legally advertised <br />given public hearing under date <br />The following action was taken: <br />f &II-Q- <br />September 12, 1960 <br />and Stella Mrozek, to <br />216, Kaley's 2nd Sub - <br />501 North Olive Street, <br />Height and Area Dis- <br />"C" Height and Area <br />on August 22, 1960 and <br />of September 8, 1960. <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that since a commercial establishment has been <br />located upon the subject property for many years <br />and commercial zoning exists on the other three <br />corners of subject intersection the petition <br />should be granted.
