and, <br />WHEREAS, said Supplemental Agreement is now sub- <br />mitted to the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana for its due approval by ordinance; <br />ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana that the foregoing Supplemental Agreement, made and <br />entered into on the 8th day of August, 1960, effective as <br />of August 1, 1960, between the said City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and <br />Safety, and Indiana & Michigan Electric Company, its <br />successors and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION 2.
