AN ORDIN�Ti CE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. (REAL ESTATE INVOLVED LOCATED ON WILLIAMS STREET, NAVARRE STREET and PORTAGE AVENUE) BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is, amended so that the zoning classification of the real estate located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Lot Numbered Five (5) as shown on the recorded Plat of Burrough's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot One Hundred Fifteen (115) of the Third Plat of Out Lots to the Town, now City of South Bend, together with the West one -half (1/2) of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining the same, excepting therefrom that part of said lot taken for the opening of Williams Street, be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential District to "C -1" Commercial and "E" Height and Area District. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
