ORDINANCE NO. yy AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Section 1, Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, to wit: Beginning on the South line of Chippewa Avenue at a point twenty -five (25) feet South of the Northwest corner of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East; thence South on the West line of said Section 25 a distance of seven hundred seventy and one -tenth (770,1) feet; thence East to the West line of Main Street; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Main Street to the South line of Chippewa Avenue; thence West on the South line of Chippewa Avenue four hundred thirty -eight (438) feet to the place of beginning, said real estate being located at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Chippewa Avenue and Main Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and having a frontage on Main Street of approximately seven hundred thirty and eight - tenths (730.8) feet, and a frontage on Chippewa Avenue of ap roximately four hundred thirty -eight (438) feet, be and the same hereby is changed from a "B" Residence Use Dis- trict and an "A" Height and Area District to an "E" Heavy Industrial Use District and an "F" Height and Area District. Section 2.
