and, <br />WHEREAS, said agreement is now submitted to Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana for its due approval by ordinance; <br />SECTION 1` :; BE IT THEREFORE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED <br />by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that the foregoing <br />agreement, made and entered into on the 31st day of May, 1960, between the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana by and through its Board of Water Works Commissioners <br />and Clyde Williams and Associates, and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed <br />and approved.
