ORDINANCE NO, as 8'(o Q <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATERWORKS AND INTER- .. <br />NATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF ONE TWO -TON DUMP TRUCK FOR THE SUM OF <br />$3, 179.79. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
