ORDINANCE NO. 7 -� �3 -64 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ALIENATION AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND WHEREAS the City of South Bend, Indiana is presently the owner of the real estate situate within the corporate limits of said City and hereinafter described; and WHEREAS said real estate has been appraised at $3,200.00 by three disinterested freeholders of the city of South Bend, appointed by the Judge of the Circuit Court of St. Joseph County, Indiana; and I,ifB Y..AS the City of South Bend has incurred certain court costs and appraisers' fees by reason of the proceedings for such appraisal; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. The alienation and conveyance of the following des- cribed real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana: Lot 28; a part of Lot 29 described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 29; thence South to the Southeast corner of said Lot 29; thence West 8 feet; thence North to a point 6.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 29; thence East 6.5 feet to the place of beginning; Lots 30 to 37 inclusive; and Lot 39; all as shown on the Recorded Plat of Euclid Park Addition to the City of South Bend, by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, in the name of said City, attested by the City Clerk, and with the seal of said City, is hereby authorized, upon the receipt of a sum not less than $3,200.00 and all court costs and appraisers' fees.
