UTILITIES COMMITTEE APRIL 28, 2014 4:47 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Dr. David Varner, Valerie Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Karen White <br />Citizen Members Present: Kathleen Pettijean, Chris Huff <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Henry Davis (AB), Oliver Davis, Derek Dieter, <br />Karen White <br />Others Present: Mark Neal, Eric Horvath, Corbett Kerr, Kara Broyles, <br />Kathy Cekanski- Farrand, Erin Blasko, James Harris, <br />Jack Smith, John Voorde <br />Agenda: <br />Update — LTCP Eric Horvath <br />The Utilities Committee met to hear the City's Division of Public Works, Eric Horvath give an update Long <br />Term Control Plan (LTCP). This update represents the continuing effort to reassess the plan to meet the <br />mandate of the EPA to separate storm and sanitary sewer systems. <br />Eric Horvath used an overhead presentation giving back - ground, benchmarks, cost estimates and <br />reassessments of the original plan to meet the consent decree.
