This update represents the continuing effort to reassess the plan to meet the <br />mandate of the EPA to separate storm and sanitary sewer systems. <br />Eric Horvath used an overhead presentation giving back - ground, benchmarks, cost estimates and <br />reassessments of the original plan to meet the consent decree.
