W Private Fire Protection (for use <br />only in extinguishing <br />fires <br />Standpipe, sprinkler connection and fire <br />hydrants <br />owned and maintained by consumer, <br />charges are <br />based on <br />size of connection to waterworks main as follows: <br />(Billed monthly and /or quarterly) <br />Hose and Sprinkler Connections <br />2 inch connection <br />per annum <br />$ 15.00 <br />2 -1/2 inch connection <br />per annum <br />24.00 <br />3 inch connection <br />per annum <br />30,00 <br />4 inch connection <br />per annum <br />60.00 <br />6 inch connection <br />per annum <br />75.00 <br />8 inch connection <br />per annum <br />90.00 <br />10 inch connection <br />per annum <br />130.00 <br />12 inch connection <br />per annum <br />18.0.00 <br />Fire Hydrants - each <br />per annum <br />40.00 <br />(e) Public Fire Protection (Billed monthly and /or quarterly) <br />Fire Hydrants - each per annum $40.00 <br />(f) .Temporary Service (Minimum charge payable in advance) <br />Temporary service where metered shall be calculated <br />upon the registration of meter or meters installed at the <br />approved meter rates. In such cases as the utility may <br />deem it impracticable to install a meter for temporary <br />service, there shall be a minimum charge of $5.00. If <br />the water consumption computed at approved rates is known <br />to be in excess of the $5.00 minimum charge, an authorized <br />agent of the utility shall have the right to estimate said <br />water consumption and the estimated consumption shall be <br />billed at the approved meter rates. <br />(g) Collection or Deferred Payment Charge <br />All bills for water services not paid within fifteen <br />(15) days from the due date thereof, as stated in such <br />bills, shall be subject to a collection or deferred payment <br />charge of 10% on the first $3.00 and 3% on the excess over <br />$3.00. <br />-3- <br />
