ORDINANCE No. AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN 1959 GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FUNDs $588.00 WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: SECTION L BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year ending Dec- ember 31, 1959, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to thelaws "governing the same, and such sums herein appro- priated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
