L j% <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BE- <br />TWEEN THE CITY WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND <br />AND BURROUGHIS CORPORATION FOR THE PUR- <br />CHASE OF TWO BURROUGH'S STYLE F5500 DUAL <br />PRINTER SENSIMATICS FOR $13, 313. 50. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 4th day of January, 1960 <br />between the City Water Works of South Bend and BurroughTs Corporation for <br />the purchase of two Burrough's Style F5500 Dual Printer Sensimatics for the <br />sum of Thirteen Thousand. Three Hundred. Thirteen and 50/100 ($13,313.50) <br />Dollars, which includes a 5% Government discount and, a trade -in of one <br />Style F303 machine, is hereby approved and confirmed as provided for in <br />Chapter +16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1905 and am- <br />ended under Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the <br />year 1923. <br />SECTION II.
