JUN 9 '61 PM <br />9? ° <br />-3 <br />8=1 <br />5 ORDINANCE NO. 4379 - - -61 <br />F I L E D <br />C' 1'f so° „ 3er!o N ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />'1'f 31N <br />IN THE BOARD OF HEALTH FUND $1000. 00 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of <br />city government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government <br />and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1961, <br />the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set <br />apart out of the several funds herein named and for the pur- <br />poses herein specified, subject to the laws governing the <br />same, and such sums herein appropriated shall be held to <br />include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, <br />unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of <br />the various city funds hereinafter named, the following speci- <br />fied amount to meet such extraordinary emergencies, as <br />follows: <br />BOARD OF HEALTH <br />Account No. W -343 - Medical, Surgical and <br />Dental Supplies $1000. 00 <br />$1000.00 <br />SECTION III.
