ORDINANCE NO' <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT, $1,420. 00 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of <br />the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money <br />than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City govern- <br />ment to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I i BE IT ORDAINS D, by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government and <br />its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1961, the follow- <br />ing sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of <br />the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,' <br />subject to the laws governing the same, and such sums herein <br />appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to <br />be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated <br />and provided by law. <br />SECTION IIo' That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the <br />various City funds hereinafter named, the following specified amounts <br />to meet such extraordinary emergencies, as follows: <br />SECTION III; <br />10 6. 7_nd <br />U TFIE VIHDL[ <br />PU"L!? <br />3rd i " ";Disu <br />RDT A %i',e3VED <br />REF "I'ED <br />FrYSScJ t "����� a <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Electrical Department <br />V-13 13 - Electrical Longevity Pay <br />$1,420.00 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor <br />and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of emergency <br />appropriations, /J <br />!A.'`i 7 1 <br />!'REDA G.
