ORDINANCE NO!3 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL .APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN 1960 GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND, <br />$372 - 450,,'67 <br />WHEREAS., certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of <br />the existing budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than <br />was appropriated in the budget for the various functions of City government to meet <br />such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council, of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana that for the expenses of the City Government <br />and its institutions for the year ending December 310 1961„ the <br />following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart <br />out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein <br />specified;' subject to the laws governing the same,' and such sums <br />herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made during the year,' unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law: <br />SECTION II.! That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the <br />various City funds, hereinafter named;' the following specified <br />amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies; as follows: <br />1960 GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />1960 General Street <br />Improvement Fund <br />SECTION III.'
