Approval of the designating body (City Council, Town Board, County Council, etc.) must be obtained prior fo initiation of the redevelopment or rehabilitation, <br />or pnorto installation of the newmanufacturing equipment and! orresearch and development equipment, SEFQREa deduction may be approved. <br />3. To obtain a deduction, Form 322 ERA, Rea! Esfafe Improvements and ! of Form 322 ERA /PPME and f or 322 ERA t PPR & DE, must be filed with the <br />county auditor. With respect to teat property, Form 322 ERA must be filed by the later of: {7) May i 0; or {2) thirty (30) days after a notice of increase in real <br />property assessment is received from the township assessor. Form 322 ERA I PPME and t or 322 ERR PPR & DE must be tiled between March 1 and May <br />15 of the assessment year in which new manufacturing equipment and i or research and development equipment becomes assessable, unless a filing <br />extension has been obtained. A person who obtains a filir}g extension must file the form between March 1 and. the extended due date of that year. <br />4. Property ovmers whose Statement of Benefits was approved after June 30, 1991 must submit Form CF- i annually to show compliance with the Statement <br />of Benefits. (/C 6-1. i-12, f -5.S} <br />5.
