Buschbaum and John W. Blenke to <br />annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana the following <br />described property: Lots Numbered Seventy -three (73), <br />Seventy -four (74), One Hundred Three (103), and One <br />Hundred Four (104), as shown on the recorded Plat of <br />Myers and Funk's Third. Plat of Chippewa Heights Addition <br />to the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the above men- <br />tioned real estate is immediately south of Barbie formerly <br />known as Albert Street between Main and Michigan Streets, <br />being most commonly known as 4103 and 4105 South Michigan <br />Street was legally advertised under date of December 5, <br />1960 and given public hearing under date of December 8, <br />1960. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed annexation meets with the <br />primary determinants of Chapter 269, Section 2 <br />of the Acts of 1955.
