SECTION IV. The said sum of $13,000. 00 shall be submitted directly to the <br />South Bend - St. Joseph County Building Authority under <br />authority of Section 26-2508 Burns Indiana Statutes for the State <br />of Indiana and that said money be turned over to the Treasurer <br />of the South Bend - St. Joseph County Building Authority to be <br />expended upon approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority.' <br />SECTION V.
