Fire Hydrants - each per annum $44.00 <br />(e) Public Fire Protection (billed monthly and /or quarterly) <br />Fire Hydrants - each per annum <br />M <br />(f) Temporary Service (minimum charge payable in advance) <br />Temporary service where metered shall be calculated upon <br />the registration of meter or meters installed at the approved <br />meter rates. In such cases as the utility may deem it imprac- <br />ticable to install a meter for temporary service, there shall be <br />a minimum charge of $5. 00, if the water consumption computed <br />at the approved rates is known to be in excess of the $5. 00 min- <br />imum charge, an authorized agent of the utility shall have the <br />right to estimate said water consumption and the estimated con- <br />sumption shall be billed at the approved meter rates. <br />(g) Collection or Deferred Payment Charge <br />All bills for water services not paid within fifteen (15) days <br />from the due date thereof, as stated in such bills, shall be sub- <br />ject to a collection or deferred payment charge of 10% on the <br />first $3.00 and 310 on the amount in excess of $3.00. <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage; provided, however, that the schedule of rates <br />and charges herein set out shall become effective at such time as the <br />Public Service Commission of Indiana shall direct. <br />- 3 - <br />
