WILLIAM ST. <br />(THE MANOR) <br />Dear Bill: <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide a proposal for professional services related to the <br />above project. <br />We have reviewed the scope of work as outlined in both the information provided by you and <br />from discussions we have had. We feel very strongly that the engineering requirements for the <br />project are in line with some of the strongest areas of expertise that our firm has to offer. We <br />acknowledge a complete understanding of the project requirements outlined and propose the <br />following fees in order to complete the work. <br />Our firm will provide all services needed to complete the survey described in this proposal and <br />for the preparation of demolition specifications for the subject project. <br />After acceptance of this proposal, we will then, at your direction, proceed with Alta Survey and <br />Environmental Inspections.
