City of South Bend <br />October 13, 2008 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES (IF REQUESTED): <br />Wightman Petrie can provide the following additional services at your request: <br />DEMOLITION SPECIFICATION PREPARATION <br />Prepare and provide the City of South Bend Division of Economic Development a set of <br />demolition specifications ready for bidding in order to demolish the property at 118 South <br />William Street as described by the information provided by the City. The specifications <br />will include instructions on the removal of any environmental items identified in the <br />phase I environmental report, any asbestos identified in the asbestos survey, and any <br />additional environmental issues identified during the site inspection. <br />Total Demolition Specification Preparation Service Fees $7,600.00 <br />Be assured that all of the above will be delivered in a continuously timely manner with the <br />timetable of the project held foremost. As you may know, Wightman Petrie, Inc. guarantees the <br />best possible product provided in the most efficient manner and accordingly will strive to reduce <br />costs wherever possible. <br />Our services will be billed monthly. Our monthly statements will include charges for some <br />expenses that we incur on your behalf. Payment is due within 35 days of the receipt of the <br />invoice.
