A91G 'G2 �� 99o, CITY 101 & 2nd READING OOMRRME OF TH PUBLIC HEARING 3rd READING NOT AfTROVED REFERRED PASSED G4! a ORDINANCE NO.��'��, AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described property in St. Joseph County State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: A tract of land situated in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, described as beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 311 Township 37 North, Range 3 East, running thence West along the North line of said Quarter Section, 826 feet, thence South 866.5 feet, thence East 226.19 feet to the center line of the formerly proposed Overlook Road, thence South along the center line of the formerly proposed Overlook Road 371 feet, thence East 602 feet to the East line of said Quarter Section, thence North along the East line of said Quarter Section 1237.5 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2- No building permit shall be issued with respect to the foregoing property, and no change in use thereof, or change in structures that now exist thereon, shall be permitted for a per of 180 days from the date of the adoption of this Ordinance, or until the Council shall zone the foregoing property, whichever date is the earlier.
