OF PLANNING <br />The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana 1,4 acres, more or less, <br />in the Southwest One Quarter of Section 32, T38N, R3E, <br />being generally described. as bounded on the north by <br />Rose Street and on the west, south, and east by the <br />present city limits which boundaries are also the bounda- <br />ries of Edison Park 4th Addition and Eastgate Estates <br />Addition was legally advertised under date of June 25, <br />1962 and. given public hearing on July 5, 1962.
