AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Rose Street 512.63 feet east of the north -south center- line of Section 32, T38N, R3E, which point is on the present city limits, thence southeast along the present city limits a distance of 20 feet to the northwest corner of Lot Numbered 1 in Eastgate Estates Addition, thence continuing southeast along the present city limits a distance of 207.73 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of Lot Numbered 4, of said Addition, thence south along the present city limits a distance of 131.2 feet to the southwest corner of Lot Numbered S. of said Addition, thence west along the present city-limits a distance of 212.52 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of Lot Numbered 145 of Edison Park 4th Addition, Section D, thence north along the present city limits a distance of 331.59 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Rose Street, thence east along the centerline of Rose Street to the place of beginning containing 1.4 acres, more or less.
