ORDINANCE NO. 7 "S411A AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEAD, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: Beginning at a point on the south line of Section 329 T38N, R3E, (the present city limits) 581.20 feet, more or less, west of the east line of said Section 32, thence north a distance of 1,331 feet, more or less, to the north line of the south half of the Southeast One Quarter of said Section 32, thence east 581.20 feet; more or less, to the east line of said Section 32, thence north along the east line of said Section 32 a distance of 275:5 feet, more or less, to the present city limits, thence west along the present city limits a dis- tance of 834.53 feet, more or less, thence south along the present city limits a distance of 275.5 feet, more or less, thence west along the present city limits a distance of 1,320 feet, more or less, thence south along the present city limits a dis- tance of 1,110 feet, more or less, thence west along the present city limits a distance of 75 feet, more or less, thence south along the present city limits a distance of 220 feet, more or less, to the south line of said Section 32, thence east along the south line of said Section 32 to the place of beginning containing 52.6 acres, more or less.
