Mr. Dresscl noted that at the September 19 meeting the Commission approved continuing the Facade Matching Grant programs to December- ~ I . ?009 usin~~ rcmainina ?007 funds. ?008 funds arc now- available, so these agreements add new funds to the cxter~sions approved September 19. The Urban Enterprise Association runs the Facade Matching Grant Programs on these three corridors. The ?008 funds for the Mishawaka Avenue Facade Matchin~z Grant Program are S>_000. Staff reconu»ends approving the agreement. Upon a motion by ~Ar. Blake. seconded by 'Vls.
