O' L), AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: The West One -half ( )) of the Northwest Quarter (1) and the West One -half (?) of the Northeast Quarter (1) of the Northwest Quarter (1) of Sec- tion 34, Township 38 North, Range Two (2) East, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. The above described land is bounded on the West by the center line of Maple Road, on the North by the center line of Douglas Road, (also known as Lathrop Avenue), on the East, South along the center line of Meade Street, extended North, to the center line of Ber- gan Street, thence West along the center line of Bergan Street, extended West, to the center line of Eclipse Place, extended North, thence South along the center line of Eclipse Place, extended North, to the East and West center line of Section 34, thence West along the East and West center line of Section 34 to the center of Maple Road. The South and East lines of said described tract are the present corporate boundaries of the City of South Bend.
