BEwNGER, PEST, DAR, OF Puxxmc <br />The attached petition of the Tri Valley Council, Inc., <br />Boy Scouts of America and the Indiana and Michigan <br />Electric Company to annex to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana a parcel of land being bounded on the south by <br />Douglas Road (also known as Lathrop Avenue), on the west <br />by Maple Road, on the north by the present city limits <br />extended west (also known as the east -west centerline <br />of Section 27, T38N, R2E), and on the east by the pre- <br />sent city limits containing approximately 114 acres was <br />legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and <br />given public hearing on February 1, 1962.
