1-0 & 2nd READING <br />GOMMi1TEE OF TH, . <br />PUB11I0 HEARING <br />3rd READING <br />NOT Al, P'-,r=_T, <br />RUER,; r) <br />s;rc 1111-7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. •'r � !O <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE <br />CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS <br />IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />That the following described property in St. Joseph <br />, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />11113161 <br />P'df1OLE <br />7/67 <br />Beginning at a point 1788.0 feet, more or less, East of <br />the West line of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 3 <br />East, on the North line of the South half of the South <br />half of said Section 30; thence East 2140.0 feet, more or <br />less, along the said North line of the South half of the <br />South half of said Section 30, to the Northeast corner of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said <br />Section 30; thence South 1320 feet, more or less, along <br />the East line of the said Southwest Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter to the South line of Section 30; thence <br />West 2146.0 feet, more or less, along the said South line <br />of Section 30, to a point 826 feet West of the South <br />Quarter Section corner; thence North 1320 feet, more or <br />less, to the place of beginning, containing 65 acres, <br />more or less. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />its enactment, <br />approval by the Mayor and legal publication. <br />A member of the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Passed by the Common Council on the <br />1961. <br />APPROVED AND SIGNED by the Mayor on the <br />1961. <br />day of <br />day of <br />
