WORDEN The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from 'IC" Commercial Use and I'D" Height and Area District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots Numbered 171 -179 inclusive, of Realty Con- struction Company's 2nd Plat, being generally described as the east side of Olive Street between 716 South Olive Street and 746 South Olive Street was legally advertised . under date of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing on October 4, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
