WORDEN <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from 'IC" Commercial Use and I'D" Height and Area <br />District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District Lots Numbered 171 -179 inclusive, of Realty Con- <br />struction Company's 2nd Plat, being generally described as <br />the east side of Olive Street between 716 South Olive <br />Street and 746 South Olive Street was legally advertised . <br />under date of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing <br />on October 4, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />the best zoning for the subject property would be <br />residential.
