HUFF The attached proposed ordinance orginated by the City Planning Commission to amend Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3702, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend., Indiana, by adding thereto the following sub - section (i) No building permit shall be issued by the Building Commissioner and no change in use or bulk of structures existing, shall occur in any territory hereafter annexed to the City of South Bend, Indiana, until such territory has been zoned by the City Council or a period of 180 days from the effective date of the annexation has lapsed was legally advertised under date of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing on October 4, 1962.
