WONDER The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following recently annexed land: Beginning at a point on the south right -of -way line of Rose Street 125.8 feet east of the east right -of -way line of Arcadia Avenue, which point is the northeast corner of Lot No. 142 of Edison Park 4th Addition Section "D ", thence south a distance of 311.59 feet, more or less, to the south- east corner of Lot No. 145 of said Addition, thence east a distance of 212.52 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of Lot No. 5 Eastgate Estates Addition, thence north a distance of 131.2 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of Lot No. 4 of said Addition, thence northwest a distance of 207.73 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of Lot No. 1 of said Addition, which point is also on the south right -of -way line of Rose Street, thence west along the south right -of -way line of Rose Street to the place of beginning.
