DIRECTOR Or aLANHmc The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as a parcel of land 532 feet ea ,§t °..and west by 786 feet north and south at the southwest corner of Hepler Street and Hickory Road was legally advertised under date of September 247 1962 and given public hearing on October 4, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be residential.
