Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at the intersection of the south right -of- way line of Hepler Street and the west right -of -way line of Hickory Road, thence south along the west right -of -way line of Hickory Road a distance of 786 feet, more or less, thence west a distance of 532 feet, more or less, thence north a distance of 786 feet,more or less to the south right -of -way of Hepler Street, thence east along the south right -of -way line of Hepler Street a distance of 532 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
