October 81 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone "A" Residential Use and "AI' Height and Area District <br />the recently annexed land being generally described as a <br />parcel of land 814 feet east and west by 275 feet north <br />and south fronting on Hickory Road and being 1290 feet <br />north of Edison Road was legally advertised under date <br />of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing on October <br />47 1962.
