"A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as bounded on the west by Linden Road; on the south by Chippewa Avenue; on the east by the north -south centerline of Section 23, T37N, R2E, and on the north by the south property line of Rum Village Park was legally advertised under date of June 25, 1962 and given public hearing on July 5, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best use for the area in question would be industrial. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
