"A" Height and <br />Area District the recently annexed land being generally <br />described as bounded on the west by Linden Road; on the <br />south by Chippewa Avenue; on the east by the north -south <br />centerline of Section 23, T37N, R2E, and on the north by <br />the south property line of Rum Village Park was legally <br />advertised under date of June 25, 1962 and given public <br />hearing on July 5, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best use for the area in question <br />would be industrial.
