BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "E" Heavy Industrial Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point in the Southwest One Quarter of Section 23, T37N, R2E, at the intersection of the north right -of -way line of Chippewa Avenue, and the east right -of -way line of Linden Road (Gertrude Street),thence north along the east right - of -way line of Linden Road to the south property line of Rum Village Park, thence east along the south property line of Rum Village Park to the north -south centerline of said Section 23, thence south along the north -south centerline of said Section'23 to the north right -of -way line of Chippewa Avenue, thence west along the north right -of -way line of Chippewa Avenue to the place of beginning containing 173 acres, more or less. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
