ORDINANCE NO._ <br />An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend on the 14th day of June, <br />1949, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by this <br />Common Council on the 14th day of June, 1949, more commonly known <br />as the Zoning Ordinance, be amended by rezoning of a certain parcel <br />of land located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, <br />State of Indiana, known and described as follows, towit: <br />"Lots No. 5 and 6 in A. H.
