BRUGGNER, MAYOR <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City <br />Planning Commission to zone "A IT Residential Use and "A" <br />Height and Area District the recently annexed land being <br />generally described as containing 13,2 acres fronting <br />on the west side of Ironwood Road and. being 837 feet <br />north of Inwood Road was legally advertised under date <br />of May 28, 1962 and given public hearing on June 14, 1962. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best use for the area in question <br />would be residential.
