CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 129 W. COLFAX AVENUE, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA June 19, 1962 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: FRANK I. BRUGGNER, MAYOR The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to zone "A IT Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as containing 13,2 acres fronting on the west side of Ironwood Road and. being 837 feet north of Inwood Road was legally advertised under date of May 28, 1962 and given public hearing on June 14, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best use for the area in question would be residential.
