BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Ironwood Road (also the east Section line of Section 19, T37N, R3E) 837.6 feet, more or less, north of the southeast corner of said Section 19, thence west a distance of 363.85 feet, more or less, thence north a distance of 50.0 feet, more or less, thence west a distance of 364.12 feet, more or less, thence north a distance of 770.35 feet, more or less, thence east a distance of 727.70 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Ironwood Road, thence south along the centerline of Ironwood Road to the place of beginning containing 13.2 acres, more or less. Section 2• This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publica- tion.
