OF cuxxmG The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as the northwest corner of the inter- section of Ironwood. and Jackson Roads, said parcel con- taining 39 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of May 28, 1962 and given public hearing on June 14, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area in question would be residential. It was therefore duly moved., seconded, and unanimously carried tka t the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
