OF cuxxmG <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City <br />Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" <br />Height and Area District the recently annexed land being <br />generally described as the northwest corner of the inter- <br />section of Ironwood. and Jackson Roads, said parcel con- <br />taining 39 acres, more or less, was legally advertised <br />under date of May 28, 1962 and given public hearing on <br />June 14, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the area in question <br />would be residential.
